Bound into Curtis paper covers by Denise Brady and produced at the Nebraska Book Arts Center. A near fine copy, with only issue being a small chip in the centre of the spine. Unusual to find signed and this copy has a signature and inscription on two places, making it more unusual. Flat signed on the title page and then inscribed on the colophon page; "For Albert with thanks - "live happy!". Very collectable copy, rare signed with a warm inscription.
