Book design by JohnLewis and printed by The Curwen press. Set in monotype Walbaum on Grosvenor Chater wove paper. Bound by Tapley-Rutter Company in quarter red grained cowhide with lightbrown buckram sides. 300 pages. Near fine book in a VG- slipcase, with splitting along the sides.
