2011. The eleventh entry into Jordanov's highly acclaimed "Twelve Labours of Hercules" series, this copy signed and numbered "57/100". Image size 87mm x 118mm, sheet size 175mm x 165mm. C3 Etching Hercules had to steal golden apples from a garden guarded by a dragon and the Nymphs of the West (Hesperides). In some versions, he tricked the Titan Atlas (who held up the sky) into retrieving the apples for him by offering to hold the heavens temporarily, then tricking Atlas into taking the weight back.
