Henryk Feilhauer (1942 – 1999) was a Polish painter and engraver. He studied in the studio of Jerzy Hoppen, who noticed Henryk Feilhauer's talent for copperplate engraving. During his studies, he met Wojciech Jakubowski, through whom he discovered the art of bookplate creation. Since his student days, he has been associated with the International Biennial of Contemporary Bookplates, as a participant, laureate, and juror, and at the 18th Biennial, he served as chairman of the jury.
